Michael is responsible for the layout and design of various public water supply distribution systems from planning and design through construction completion. He has been involved in planning, design, and development of water system extensions, transmission main installations, large and small water system improvements, and backflow prevention/cross connection controls. Michael serves as a liaison between client, contractor, and other third parties.
